Human Services Program Director

Ballard Community Services is a local non-profit organization looking for a Program Director to serve in our Human Services Department. Applicants must have experience in program development and outcomes, will be able to operate with autonomy in order to focus on establishing new and advancing current programs at multiple sites. Individuals will often oversee groups of volunteers and need to have a strong sense of leadership with the ability to delegate responsibilities and manage resources.

A bachelor's degree in management, social work or related field is preferred, but not required, and grant writing experience is a plus.
