Our 10 Step Process:
1. Inspection of your carpets and full explanation of our process. We’ll also discuss any spots, concerns, heavy traffic areas and deodorization.
2. Carefully move your furniture per your instructions.
3. Pre-vacuum to ready the carpet for deep cleaning.
4. Pre-spray and pre-treat tough spots.
5. Agitate the pre-spray.
6. Hot water extraction using our powerful truck mounted machine.
7. Further treatment of stains if needed.
8. Carefully move your furniture back per your instructions. Use of furniture blocks.
9. Application of Teflon carpet protector if you choose.
10. Post inspection walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction.
