Q) How many Listings can I post?
A) There is no limit to the number of listings you can post
Q) When does my listing expire?
A) There is no expiration on a Listings. A listing remains posted until you
select 'Delete Listing' which is located in Edit Listing.
Q) What is SafetyRank® ?
A) SafetyRank is Corkin's patented algorithm to calculate a users reputation. The more green the indicator is, the more reputable the user is. The more red the indicator is, the higher the chance the user is a scammer and its best not to do business with them.
SafteyRank is updated constantly, so keep watching. Your interaction on Corkin determines your SafteyRank.

Q) How can I edit my Listing?
A) On your profile page click on the 'Edit Listing' icon next to your listing. You can also edit the listing on the listng page itself if you are the owner there will be an "edit this listing" link on the left side of the page.
Q) How do I get on the homepage as a Featured Listing or a Featured User?
A) Currently, they are randomly selected by the following criteria: For Featured Listings: They to have 2 or more photos, so make sure you upload at least two pictures of the items you are selling. For Featured Users – Same thing, you have to have two or more profile photos and at least 3 friends.
Lastly and most importantly, for both Featured Listings and Featured Users, you must have been online within the last 2 hours. So, the more you are on the site, the better your chances of getting on the homepage!
Q)How can I delete my Listing?
A) On the Edit Listing Page on the left side of the page there is a link
titled 'Delete Listing'
Q)How do I stop getting Emails sent to my email address?
A) If you are not interested in receiving email notifications, from your homepage, select Edit Profile / Email and select 'Disable' for any alerts you do not wish to receieve.
Q) How can I get my Listing to the top of the search?
A) On your profile page click on the 'Relist' icon next to your listing.
Relist allows you to repost your ad as NEW every 24 hrs.
Q) How do I upload photos?
A) On your home page click on 'Add / Edit Photos'
Q) How do I add friends?
A) Click on the 'Add as Friend' link on a users profile page
Q) How do I delete friends?
A) Click on the 'View All My Friends' link on your homepage. Then place a checkmark next to the friend you would like to delete. Then click on Delete Selected Friends

Q) My city doesn't appear in the drop down list in the Edit Profile section?
A) Try entering your Zip code in the Zip field in Edit Profile tab

A) When you post a Bulletin it goes out to your current friends. So the more
friends you have, the more people that see your bulletin
Q) Can I search through the Users?
A) Yes. You can browse all of the users or input your search criteria to see a
select group of users
Q) How can I view Users in my area?
A) On the Browse Users page enter your zip code and a search range
Q) How do I turn off my Online Now indicator?
A) Go to your home page, Click on Edit Profile, select the Edit Basic Info tab and unselect Show Online Now.
Q) Does my listing only appear locally?
The search is customized to how wide of a radius the
potential customer is interested in looking. The customer can request to
search listings nationwide (by selecting any) or they can request to search
within 25 miles of their zip code. The search is subject to the range of
the user
Q)How can I cancel my Account?
A) On your homepage, click on account settings, there you will see a link to cancel your Corkin account permanantly.
Q)How can automatically update my Twitter with my Corkin Listings?
A) To automatically update your Twitter page with new items you have for sale, go to home page and select View All Listings. There you will see the orange RSS button on the top right side of the screen. This is a link to YOUR custom RSS feed for your listings. Enter the URL for your RSS Feed on your Twitterfeed.com account and now everytime you update your Corkin items Twitterfeed will automatically update your Twitter account with your new item for sale. (e.g. My RSS feed would be http://www.corkin.com/search/search.cfm?CurrentPage=1&userid=2&direction=asc&rss=1)
